  • Customized or personalized products may not be eligible for return, unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. (Coming soon)

You can reach us via email, phone, or through our website's contact form. Please provide your order details, including the order number and the reason for the return.

  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return. Depending on your location, we may offer a prepaid return shipping label or arrange a pickup from your address.

  • Please ensure that the product is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit. We recommend using the original packaging materials, if available.

  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

• Inspection and Refund:

  • Upon receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned in Section 1.

  • If the product is found to be in its original condition, store credit will be issued  after the inspection is completed.

  • Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

• Exchanges:

  • If you would like to exchange a product for a different variant or a similar item, please contact our customer support team. Exchanges are subject to availability, and any price difference will be handled accordingly.

  • The exchange process will follow the same guidelines as mentioned in Sections 2 and 3.
